SunShare Secures $11M For Community Solar in Minnesota

SunShare announced it is starting two new projects, one in Saint Michael and one in Zumbro Falls.

These solar gardens will serve more than 1-thousand households in Carver, Wabasha, and adjacent counties in addition to Saint Mary’s University.

SunShare says a report by the Rocky Mountain Institute shows community solar is the fastest growing segment in the solar industry.

Construction is already underway along 360th Avenue and is set to be completed by the end of October.
